Why we exist

We built the growth team
you can’t hire.

The salesperson you’d post for doesn’t exist at a price you’ll pay. The marketer quits in eight months. The work still has to get done. So we built the system to run it for you.

A small team, on purpose. We only take firms we can get results for.
What we stand on

Small enough to care. Built to run like a department.

How Markster started

We kept meeting the same owner.

The pattern

Brilliant at the work. Buried by it.

Before Markster, we ran growth for service firms one at a time. The same story kept repeating: a great accountant, agency owner, or broker who was also the only person doing outreach, writing the content, and chasing the follow-ups. Growth had quietly become a second job they resented.

The dead end

You can’t hire your way out anymore.

The usual fixes had stopped working. The salesperson costs more than they bring in for the first year. The freelancer covers one channel, then leaves with everything in their head. The next tool is just another login that hands the owner more work, not less.

What we built instead

One operated system, not another vendor.

So we stopped selling hours and started running the whole loop ourselves. Outbound, content, CRM, and follow-up, operated as one system on the firm’s own stack. The owner approves what goes out in a few minutes a week. Everything else just runs.

Why we kept going
Owners don’t want to manage growth. They want it to happen while they stay in the work that pays.
The idea behind MarksterRun the work. Report back. Don’t make it the owner’s problem.
Why now

The math on growing a service firm changed.

None of this is theory. It is what owners tell us on the first call, in their own words.

Good people are hard to find and harder to keep.

Owners tell us the same thing: the right salesperson is either too expensive or already taken, and the marketer they finally hire is gone within a year. The role keeps emptying out.

Another tool is another job.

Owners are done buying software they have to learn and run. A login is not a solution when you are already the bottleneck for everything.

Busy seasons still empty the pipeline.

The minute the work picks up, outreach stops and the calendar goes cold a month later. Growth that depends on the owner’s free time isn’t growth.

How we operate

The promises we don’t break.

Nothing goes out without you.

Every email, post, and follow-up waits for your approval. We run the work; you keep the final word on anything that carries your name.

Outcomes, not activity reports.

We measure ourselves on qualified conversations, not slides full of impressions. If it doesn’t move pipeline, it isn’t worth your 20 minutes.

Your stack, your data.

We run on the tools you already own and you keep everything: the contacts, the content, the pipeline. No lock-in, cancel any month.

We say no when we can’t help.

A Fit Check is a real check. If we can’t get you results, we tell you and point you somewhere that can. A small client list is how we keep that honest.

The founders

Who you’re actually working with.

No account managers to route around. The people who built the system are the people who run it.

Ivan Ivanka
Founder & CEO · Growth & Strategy

Ivan spent years running sales and marketing for owner-led service firms and kept hitting the same wall: the work was the easy part, but no firm had a system to keep it running once the owner got busy.

He leads how Markster diagnoses a firm, shapes the offer, and turns a cold list into qualified conversations, in the owner’s own voice.

Attila
Co-Founder & CTO · Systems & Delivery

Attila builds and runs the machinery behind the scenes: the sending infrastructure, the CRM operations, the deliverability, and the automation that lets a small team operate like a full department.

His job is to make sure the system is reliable and invisible, so the only thing a client ever sees is the finished work and a clear weekly report.

See if your firm is a fit.

A short Fit Check tells you whether we can get you results, what the system would run for you, and what it costs. No pitch.
