Accessibility statement
1. OUR COMMITMENT
Markster is committed to making the website markster.ai usable and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
2. WHAT WEB ACCESSIBILITY MEANS
An accessible site lets visitors with disabilities browse with the same—or a comparable—level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors, using the built‑in features of their devices and any assistive technologies such as screen readers, Braille displays, voice input or keyboard‑only navigation.
3. TECHNOLOGIES AND STANDARDS
-
The site is built entirely on HubSpot CMS.
-
We aim to meet WCAG 2.0 Level A success criteria (and work toward higher conformance where feasible).
4. ACCESSIBILITY ADJUSTMENTS ON THIS SITE
To support accessible browsing we have:
-
Run HubSpot’s Accessibility Wizard to identify and resolve potential issues.
-
Declared the primary language for every page.
-
Set a clear, logical tab order and content order across pages.
-
Implemented proper heading hierarchies (H1 → H6).
-
Added descriptive alternative text to all non‑decorative images.
-
Used colour palettes that meet required colour‑contrast ratios.
-
Minimized or eliminated motion, flashing or auto‑playing media.
-
Supplied captions/transcripts or accessible alternatives for all videos, audio and downloadable files.
5. PARTIAL COMPLIANCE DUE TO THIRD‑PARTY CONTENT
Some pages include third‑party widgets, embeds or code snippets provided by HubSpot Marketplace modules or external services. Because we do not control this code, these specific elements may not fully conform to WCAG guidelines. We therefore declare partial compliance for such third‑party content.
6. FEEDBACK, REQUESTS AND ASSISTANCE
If you encounter an accessibility issue, have difficulty using any part of the site, or wish to suggest improvements, please contact our accessibility coordinator:
