A Day in Your Future:
It's 10 AM. You've just finished your async team huddle where you shared yesterday's wins with founders who finally found an alternative to bad sales hires. You open your AI assistant, which has already analyzed prospects struggling with unreliable sales teams and suggested personalized conversation starters about AI + human oversight solutions. By noon, you've booked two qualified discovery calls with agency founders tired of carrying sales on their backs. After lunch, you jump into a Growth Lab session where the team experiments with new ways to reach service business owners. Later, you're in a mentoring session with one of the founders, breaking down your latest successful campaign with a consulting firm CEO. You wrap up having helped more founders solve real sales problems than most SDRs do in a month.

Which do you choose?
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of sales development experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn AI tools
- Growth mindset and hunger for continuous improvement
- Ability to have consultative conversations about business challenges
- Self-motivated and thrives in remote work environment
- US-based (any time zone, most team collaboration happens EST business hours)
- Comfortable with 1099 contractor status (handling own taxes/benefits)
- Genuine interest in helping service businesses solve sales problems
