We're Markster – entrepreneurs helping B2B service businesses replace expensive failed sales hires with AI agents supervised by human experts. And we need someone who lives and breathes social media and content creation.

What you'll actually do with us:
• Create content that shows founders there's an alternative to bad sales hires
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms where B2B founders hang out
• Turn complex AI + human oversight concepts into scroll-stopping visuals
• Craft engaging posts that showcase real founder success stories without being boring
• Monitor trends and bring fresh content ideas that resonate with agency owners
• Engage with our audience and build a community of service business founders


A day in your content-creating life:

It's Monday morning. You start by checking engagement on last week's posts about a founder who replaced two sales reps with AI agents and doubled his close rate. You've already spotted a trending topic in B2B growth and quickly create a visually appealing carousel for LinkedIn showing the real cost of bad sales hires. By lunch, you've scheduled content for the week and started drafting captions for an upcoming case study about predictable revenue. In the afternoon, you're creating visual assets that make the AI + human oversight concept simple and shareable. Before wrapping up, you join a brainstorming session with the team to plan content around our next founder roundtable. Throughout the day, you've turned boring sales concepts into content that actually helps founders solve real problems.

What you bring:

  • Experience creating content for social media (personal accounts count!)
  • Skills with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong writing abilities and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their unique requirements
  • Enthusiasm for B2B content (yes, we can make "AI sales" interesting and engaging)

Requirements:

  • Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong English writing skills with ability to match brand voice
  • Understanding of B2B social media best practices
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on flexible schedule
  • US-based (any time zone, most team collaboration happens EST business hours)
  • Comfortable with 1099 contractor status (handling own taxes)
  • Interest in learning about B2B sales challenges and AI solutions
  • Available 15-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
