We're looking for people who:

What we offer varies by role and experience:
- Sales roles: Base + commission with high OTE potential
- Marketing roles: $16.50-$23.75/hour depending on experience and scope
- Technical roles: Competitive hourly rates based on specialization
- All roles: Profit-sharing for high performers who help us obsolete 10,000 agencies

- Senior sales professionals who've sold to business owners
- Marketing specialists (content, paid ads, automation, analytics)
- Developers (full-stack, front-end, back-end, AI/ML)
- Designers (UI/UX, brand, marketing creative)

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, development, design, or related field
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and thrives in remote, entrepreneurial environment
- US-based (any time zone, most collaboration happens EST business hours)
- Comfortable with 1099 contractor status (handling own taxes)
- Genuine interest in revolutionizing how marketing gets done
- Flexible schedule availability (varies by role, generally 20-40 hours/week)
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
