MARKSTER · PARTNER LEGAL TERMS
Partner Conduct Rules
Effective 1 August 2026 · Version B1.1
These rules apply when incorporated into a signed Markster partner agreement. They govern promotion, introductions and use of Markster materials.
Be accurate and clear
Describe only the offer and capabilities Markster has authorized you to describe. Do not invent customer results, availability, guarantees, discounts or delivery dates. Identify yourself as an independent partner. You cannot sign for Markster, collect on its behalf or change its offer without express written authority.
Clearly disclose your commercial relationship wherever it could affect how a reader evaluates your recommendation. A suitable plain-language disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you buy through my referral.” Place it with the recommendation where it is easy to notice and understand, adapting it to the medium and applicable rules.
Respect people and their information
Use lawful outreach and honor objections and unsubscribe requests. Obtain a prospective customer's permission before introducing them. Send only the contact details and business context needed for the introduction. Do not buy, scrape or upload contact lists for Markster without its written authorization and a lawful basis for the actual use.
Use personal information only for the authorized purpose. Do not access customer systems or confidential material without permission and the required contractual safeguards. Report a suspected incident affecting Markster or customer information promptly to hello@markster.ai.
Use the brand responsibly
Use only approved Markster names, logos and materials for the agreed activity. Do not impersonate Markster, register confusing domains or accounts, or purchase advertising on Markster brand keywords without written permission. Stop using withdrawn materials when notified. Do not remove ownership notices or claim ownership of Markster technology.
Keep referrals genuine
Do not fabricate referrals, transactions or traffic; misrepresent attribution; pay undisclosed inducements to a customer's employees; or offer improper benefits to influence a decision. No referral fee is payable where prohibited by applicable law. Ask Markster before proceeding with a regulated transaction or a referral involving a public official or procurement conflict.
The Partner Terms govern breach, suspension and termination. These rules do not authorize forfeiture of earned amounts or change compensation. Later website revisions do not amend a signed agreement unless adopted through its agreed change procedure.
